Ozawa Brewery

With over 300 years of history, Ozawa Brewery is one of Tokyo’s oldest sake makers. Its flagship label Sawanoi is brewed with pure spring water, clean air, lush greenery, select rice, and traditional techniques—resulting in a crisp, refined sake with depth. Within the brewery grounds, you’ll also find Mamagotoya, a restaurant specializing in tofu and yuba, as well as a café called Shizuku. Visitors can enjoy Sawanoi’s sake together with local delicacies such as tofu made from the same water used in brewing and wasabi pickles made with Okutama’s famous wasabi.
