Mitake Valley

Running about 4 km along both banks of the Tama River, Mitake Valley offers an easy way to enjoy the seasonal beauty of the mountain streams. The trail, starting from JR Mitake Station, passes cultural stops such as the Gyokudō Art Museum and Ozawa Brewery. Visitors are surrounded by dappled sunlight and the soothing sound of flowing water, blending nature and culture into a unique Okutama escape.

Please note that some sections of the trail may occasionally be closed.
